Support for solid.js

Hi!
Lately my team been moving from react to solid technologies. I have searched the entire web after packages that was making the wrap for it and unfortunately I didn't find any.

So I've started to implement that myself and started putting into a package.

I recently saw that wagmi is expanding it's horizons to new libraries such as VueJs, that said, would love to help develop and maintain SolidJs packages.

I started working on Solid support at the start of this year (to use in unreleased Wagmi devtools), but didn't have time to finish yet. In order to release initial support, we need to add a section for solid in the docs and finish the following hooks.

Aside: The reason to start with only these hooks is because it's less work to complete and maintain as well as these hooks tie Wagmi into the reactivity system of the framework and can be composed to create other hooks and call raw Viem actions for missing features (e.g. useConnectorClient can be used to call Viem's writeContract or sendTransaction directly).
