Throw exception or warning when user puts in a bad geometry:

1. Exception: Geometry is "inside out" (panels running clockwise) when computing properties.
2. Warning: Using very few panels (maybe <10?) when computing properties.
3. Warning: Evaluating the wave_source Green's function for y>0 (above free surface).
