Moving to Open Source Team Managed Project

@wez thank you for your work on this project. I believe the community has grown enough that maybe you may consider pushing this to a team managed project moving forward. I've noticed the last merged PR was 3 months ago.

You have mentioned this being something you do on the side and I'm wondering if you have thought of putting some governance in place and giving it to a team who can manage it when others cannot.
