[Feature]: Coupling vehicle type dependency in ChassisDetail

Use Case / Motivation

Currently, adding a new car model requires adding that model to the ChassisDetail, causing a significant increase in file size.

Proposed Implementation

This dependency was later removed and replaced with google.protobuf.Any.

Alternatives Considered

This way, when adding car models, no other dependencies need to be introduced to achieve decoupling.
