The default throttle parameters have too many jerks. Furthermore, it is not monotonous, therefore new template parameters are required.

Steps to Reproduce

1. use whl-dyn visualize the speed-acceleration-throttle curve

Expected vs Actual Behavior

A smooth, monotonous curved surface, without burrs.
