Stlite Sharing: parse requirements.txt when uploading a directory

When uploading a directory containing the requirements.txt it gets uploaded as a normal text file but a requirement section in the editor stays empty and Stlite Sharing does not recognize the requirements to install unless copied-pasted manually into the requirements section.
