Local Firebase Tracking

@dereklieu @smit1678 I'm going to track the status of our local firebase here and we can use this to inform how we should set up the final data (these issues are overlapping a bit but we can fix that in the future)

files, unless otherwise specified, pretty much what they say on the tin:

• allRisk
• ebolaClinics
• cases_admin (case data with admin codes manually added)
• map_deployment
• map_line (old and not used)
• cases_clean (old cleaner case data)
• globalrisk (can be decommissioned)

@abeisgreat We just shared the firebase we've been using for development. I think we're at a point to have you take a look at and see if you can replicate on your end. There are three main data sources that we're using at the moment, which @drewbo listed above:

• ebolaClinics
• cases_admin (case data with admin codes manually added)
