[Draft] View recorded run provenance reports and visualizations

The CPR components will generate structured (json) run provenance as well as graphical reports which will be available in the run output directory. Both will be accessible from the Files panel for download.

For discussion: We could add a way to view them in the UI, particularly the visualizations for a run.
