File manager doesn't reflect file copied from another workspace

v1.2rc2 (staging)

**Steps to Reproduce**
* Create a tale
* Files > Tale Workspace > + > Select Data
* Browse to another tale
* Select a file and Copy To Workspace

**Expected Results**
Dashboard displays copied file without refresh

**Actual Results**
Dashboard displays copied file only after refresh
