Reduce monitoring noise

OMD is mis-identifying TACC/IU network changes as errors. See if there's a way to not flag these and reduce the notification noise

Tried setting

Host & Service Parameters > Monitoring Configuration:

• Normal check interval for host checks = 5 min

Another option would be to change the "host check command" from ping to something else (e.g., check_mk agent), but that will require different rules for dashboard/girder.
