start file trouble #180

Hi,

I can not get the start file to do anything for me. I'm stumped.

I have it in my repo files in /home/jovyan/work/workspace/start but it is not officially part of my repo. I added it after the fact to the files (it's not in the git index). Would that make a difference? My environment.yml is picked up just fine in that location (it is in the repo index).

FWIW this is the contents of my start fiile.

#!/bin/bash
rm /home/jovyan/work/workspace/start_touch
touch /home/jovyan/work/workspace/start_touch
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/srv/conda/envs/notebook/lib/:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
conda activate notebook
cd /home/jovyan/work/workspace
pip install -e .
exec "$@"

The rm and touch are to test if it's running at all. Besides that, I need to set LD_LIBRARY path and install the python package that is my repo into the conda env (which I'm unable to do in postBuild).

Thanks for your thoughts.
