QGK Pre-release Version 1.0.3

This release features:

Documentation for the public QGK ripple-REST server access
Documentation for Products and Services use cases
A script, tables.php, used to create HTML tables as the developer requires
products.php, a template for Ripple web stores

Version 1.0.2

Version 1.0.2 includes the following features:

1. A setup.sh script to assist users on a fresh installation of a Debian-based VPS with the packages required for this web-kit to function.
2. An include.php file has been included as well as calls to many portions of the kit's areas which require data replication.
3. A mysql_setup.sh script has been added in preparation for the upcoming Version 1.1 + 1.1.1 Releases.
