[BUG] Duration filter endpoint not correct

I tested with videos that are over 2 hours long, but when clicking on the "Duration filter" the slider appears and shows a maximum time of 1:40 and the gallery excludes the longer videos.

Update - this might be by design, excluding outliers and letting the slider go further to the right to be "every"

What is still a bug is that somehow it starts showing "1:40" rather than "every" and at least once it hid the videos above "1:40". Best outcome would be for it to start at "every".

Glance around the code and see if I'm indeed removing outliers or am misremembering this step.

I'd just like to add that the duration filter can have weird behavior in other ways too. It might because my library has tons of short videos, but not only is it very difficult to select durations below 1 minute, but the slider itself will eventually bug out, and will not show any dragging done to it unless I resize the window of the program. Any changes made to the slider will then update, but it makes it very difficult to use. It would be nice if it was possible to enter the minimum value manually, but I'm not sure how hard that would be to implement.
