Current State

Video Hub App currently has a basic dark mode toggle that can be manually switched via settings, with limited system preference detection (only on macOS when the system theme changes).

Proposed Enhancement

Implement a comprehensive theme system with automatic system preference detection and an accessible theme toggle.

I hope you know there is a prominently-visible button in the ribbon (top row of buttons) as well as a keyboard shortcut for quickly switching between the two modes.

Could you clarify what you are requesting besides automatic detection of OS theme on Windows?
