New to Ubuntu, curious why it's so different vs. Windows version.

Saw your guys' amazing product via Jayz 2 Cents, and have loved it a lot, sending a donation as well. When I switched to Linux, and installed it via the instructions. Upon opening it, I didn't have the same experience as the Windows edition. Did I miss a step that I need to add separately into the terminal? Let me know if it's something I missed, or something that is going to be added later.

Hello, I think you are talking about this project https://github.com/Rem0o/FanControl.Releases.

This is just not the same app/dev. The other is not available on Linux, that's the main reason I started this one. And also because it was not open source.

I should have probably took a different name but I still can't find a better one of Fan Control.
