I've installed the latest version of PawnIO (2.1.0, I believe - whatever is current as of today on their site) and current .NET 10 desktop runtime.
Upon launch, fan-control asks for administrator privileges, for a few seconds the cursor changes to one with the loading circle, and then fan-control exits. With a prior version of PawnIO installed by Fan Control the behavior was the same.
Launching from the command line does not generate any errors and the exit code is 0. There are no logs in the path suggested by the troubleshooting instructions, and I was unable to find anything in Event Viewer.
Any suggestions?
