All entries from Commons seem to want to create new objects

If the user tries to rectify an existing map, Warper will try to create a new item. If the map actually exists under the same name, there will be a name clash. Similar images will go through as new items. What could be the reason? Could @timwaters and maybe also @lokal-profil have a look?

I can confirm this behaviour. It still exists.
