xfd: sync up with latest {{Tfm}} template changes

For testing, on testwiki, go run the xfd module on Template:Sandbox or any template page. And for type of action, select "Merge", not "Delete".

1. Change "Other template to be merged:" to "Other template or module to be merged:"

2. Change type hint "Required. Should not include the Template: namespace prefix." to "Required. And must include namespace prefixes such as Template:"

3. Change code for tfdtarget (Other template to be merged) to pre-fill with the word "Template:". Any namespace is allowed, but it is usually a template. This is the easiest way to get folks to remember to add the word Template:, without disallowing other namespaces.

4. Figure out if there's a check that forces no namespace for tfdtarget, and remove the check completely.

4 should not be left blank but give users an option to fill it out if they choose. It's helpful if you creating a descriptive header (usually when you want to nominate a few templates and then merge those into one header).

I'd also leave 3a out as there are some exceptions to the rule when a template is a sub-page of a project space but it's more correct to have it at TfD than in MfD. The template does not care about the namespace and it works, so no need to make Twinkle do any work behind the scenes.

Sounds good. I edited bullets 2 and 4, I crossed out bullets 3 and 3a, and I added bullets 4a and 5. How's it look now?

What do you recommend for the bullet 4a tooltip?

Maybe "A meaningful title for the discussion" (used at [[WP:TFD]]) or "A descriptive title for the discussion". Something like that.

Is that field optional? If left blank, will it just default to the name of the template?

Yes, to both. The field is optional and if left blank defaults to the template currently being tagged (not the otherpage= value).

After some thought, I feel like adding a "heading" text box will encourage people to type something there, when this should usually just be left blank/default. I think if we do pursue a "heading" text box, we should give it its own ticket. Removing from this ticket for now. Hope that's OK.
