xfd: vertical scroll bar gets stuck after hitting "preview"

Not sure if this is reproducible yet. But the scroll bar in the below screenshot won't move at all after I pressed "preview". This includes with mouse wheel and with click-and-drag. The modal is still resizeable though using the bottom right corner.

This bug is still around as of Apr 21, 2024.

Seems like the preview box might be loading in two phases: once to show it (small height), then once to fill it in (big height).

No console errors.

Try testing on other skins.
