Add examples for the AI features

This feature pack brings a lot of new features and would benefit from having examples to help users understand how to use it.

• https://github.com/ehsavoie/wildfly-weather contains such examples for MCP and WASM

We could provide an examples directory that would contain a set of examples focused on specific features (one example for a MCP server & tools, one for MCP client, WAS, LangChain4J & LLMS, etc.)
