The code for the MCP server capabilities have been heavily refactored and we have started to properly use i18n for log messages at INFO level or above.
Before we do the next release (the first one that will use the experimental stability level), let's have a pass at the logging IDs (and review any INFO message or user-facing exception) that needs to be i18ned.
