Guide: Simple Microservice using an LLM

Create a pair of new guides in the "Cloud / Containerization" category and add them to the new group named "Jakarta REST service invoking an LLM using LangChain4J"; these two guides should be:

• Build the Container Image: explains HOW-TO create a simple application that consumes a local LLM provisioned by Ollama
• Run the Container Image on Kubernetes: explains HOW-TO deploy the service and the LLM descibed in the former guide on Kubernetes
