UI copy consistency: rename 'Open' action in Site Library

Problem

In the Site Library, each Site currently has two actions: Add to Simulation and Open.

The Open label is ambiguous, because that action actually opens the Site edit/details screen.

Goal

Use clearer, more consistent naming so users understand what the action does.

Options to decide

1. Rename Open to Edit (keeping the destination view name as Edit)
2. Rename Open to Details, and also rename the destination view from Edit to Details for consistency

Scope

• UI text/copy only
• No behavior change to navigation or Site editing capabilities

Acceptance criteria

• Site Library no longer uses ambiguous Open wording
• Chosen terminology is consistent between the button label and destination view title
• Existing functionality remains unchanged

This is a user-facing wording/clarity improvement.
