Feature request: show PASS-reachable sites table when a site is selected

Feature request

When selecting a Site on the map, show a table of other Sites that currently have a signal PASS relative to the selected Site.

Goal

Give users an immediate, actionable overview of which Sites are currently reachable from the selected Site without manually checking each Path.

Proposed behavior

• On single-site selection, render a table/list of candidate Sites with PASS status to/from the selected Site
• Include at least: Site name, PASS result, and key metrics used for the pass/fail decision (e.g., link margin)
• Keep behavior read-only (discovery/inspection), with no changes to simulation data

Scope

• Feature/UI enhancement
• No changes to authentication or sharing behavior

Acceptance criteria

• Selecting one Site displays a PASS-reachable Sites table
• Table updates when selection changes
• Empty state is clear when no Sites pass
• Results are consistent with existing pass/fail calculation logic

This is intended to improve planning speed by reducing repetitive manual link checks.
