Rounded rectangles: different corner radii on different corners

This is a bit of a long shot compared to the other question I'm about to ask (which I'll post as a separate issue), but what do you think the feasibility is of rounded rectangles with non-uniform border radii? For example:

This feels like it's probably baked into grid, but I thought I'd ask!
