RP2040 and ESP32 not recognized in Device Manager after custom PCB assembly

I've assembled my custom PCB, but neither the RP2040 nor the ESP32 is recognized by the computer (they don't appear in Device Manager). Any help or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated
