I want to make this robot hand recently, but I don’t know the parameters of the gears.

Which gears in particular are you referencing? Is this one of the 3D models? Or do you mean the brass gears?

I believe the brass gears came from a deconstructed MG90S servo motor.
There is some info on those on page 27 of the PDF report.
