Continuum-model-dataset-of-twisted-bilayer-TMDs

This repository provides the datasets used to reproduce the continuum model of twisted bilayer MoTe₂ and WSe₂ reported in npj Quantum Materials 10, 110 (2025).

It includes machine-learning force fields, relaxed moiré superlattices at multiple twist angles, and the twist-angle-dependent Fourier components for the continuum Hamiltonian.

In the examples, I included a Julia script that can read the Fourier components and calculate the moire band structures for 3.89 and 2.00 deg MoTe2, as well as 3.89 and 2.14 deg WSe2.
