Did you verify that the wrong readings are correct when you read them manually? Check you modbus protocol version and then based on the Solax Modbus documents read the registers using mbpoll and try to figure out if they map with HA or with the true values. |

Trying to get Home Assistant working with Solax inverter PV system
Inverter: SolaX X1 Boost G4
Firmware: DSP 23 ARM 30
Dongle: Pocket WiFi 3.0 firmware 2.1
Modbus address: 1
Connection: Modbus TCP over WiFi
What works: PV1/PV2 power, Today's Yield
What doesn't: Grid Power inverted and wrong magnitude, all kWh energy entities stuck at 0.00 except Today's Yield
App vs HA comparison: app shows 491W solar / 7.6kW grid import, HA shows 1864W solar / -1773W grid -
Any assistance with getting mapping correct appreciated - Have asked Solax for latest firmware files in case this is the/an issue
