Renaming SolaX Time entities

Currently Time entities on SolaX Inverters are out of order due to being sorted in Alphabetical Order

Whilst moving the Growatt Selects for Time control over to Time entities, I noticed they are defined as Charge Begin instead of Charge Start.

So you would naturally get:
Charge Begin 1
Chart End 1

The other option is:
Charge Start 1
Charge Stop 1

Edit added:
Charge 1 Start
Charge 1 Stop
As that would group them better as pairs.
