Use CloudFormation exports/imports

Instead of relying on Ansible to set variables, we could use CloudFormation native exports/imports

I talked about that with you and we have some limitations:

• For each AWS account, Export names must be unique within a region.
• You can't create cross-stack references across regions.

on the other hand, I think that is really powerful use exports/imports and clean a lot of variables...
Do we deploy in one region or in more than one?

We don't deploy in several regions yet, but we may do it?
Another problem with exports/imports is that wimpy.deploy is no longer independent of wimpy.environment: you need to have the wimpy.environment cloudformations so wimpy.deploy can work. I don't know if that's such a good idea, because at the moment, they are independent of each other, and I think that's a good thing.
