Sharing dirs to \\host.lan and VM accessing internet at the same time

This is my config. I figured out that the NETWORK: "user" would allow the VM to access the internet, but at the same time, the \\host.lan device is entirely gone and cannot be accessed within the VM. Is there a way to: (1) allow the VM access the internet; and (2) make \\host.lan available so that extra data can be shared via volumes, at the same time?

The VM should be able to access both the internet and the host without further configuration.

It does not. The \\host.lan is not available within Windows. I am using default settings.
