How can I optimize performance of WinApps?

So, I have a laptop with an Intel Core i5-3337U CPU (3rd gen), 6GB RAM DDR3 (a 4GB module with 1600 MT/s and a 2GB module with 1333 MT/s), 480GB SSD and an Ubuntu 24.04 LTS OS with GNOME DE. And I think that's very lazy! I need Windows 10 or 11 to use TraeAI (an IDE with AI). I'll install this app manually! But, when I install Windows it take a long time to install, because of the OS (I think)

You don't have enough Ram to have both OS running , Your processor could maybe handle 16G
