apps do not show up when opening

Hello,
winapps is driving me crazy with this, and i dont know what iam doing wrong or if it is 'normal'.
frist, i have installed it in ubuntu, i have followed the guide of the git with the only difference that i changed in the winnapps.conf i removed the /multi flag of the RPD flags and added the +span as it was not working correctly with my dual monitor on wayland. outside of that and that i changed to 12345678 he password (on the conf file i also changed).

when i open an application, such as word, office, sometimes it opens, sometimes the icon appears in the open apps bar and then it disapears and never comes back. when it never comes back, i found that if i open another app (it does not work with open again the same one) it will open the new app and magically the first one that never came back appears again. sometimes this does not work, then i found that opening the windows app, and loging (therefore clossing the other session) would reset this behavior, and next time i open a windows of an application it will work. nevertheless, this is driving me crazy, it is up to the point that 5 min ago, i did the steps mentionned before like 20 times, and I STILL am not able to open a excel instance ....

is there anything i am missing? that i am doing wrong? or something else?
