Unable to open app fullscreen whith multimomitor configuration

When using multi monitor configuration if the highest point of the second monitor is upper then the main monitor (ladscape main monitor and vertical second) apps like ms Word can't become full screen, taking only rectangular gap between main monitor and highest point like

despite this RDP secession starts normally independent to monitor configuration

as a solution moved second mon down :)

but it doesn't seem cool.

Did I misunderstand something when configuring winapps?
