Adding extra disk space

so it turns out the setup was the simplest part, kudos to the devs, now i am noticng that 64gig initial space is come down to 32gig aprox when win was done.
i was hoping to add disk space to docker? without having to reinstall/re-compose without destroying the state of the winapps current state

You might wanna ask this over at the dockur/windows repo and check their README, if it's easily possible they probably documented this already
