how to open an app that is installed in the container from the terminal

hello everyone
I was trying to open an app that is installed in the container. I tried this command:

podman exec -it WinApps /bin/df -h

which works while the container is a windows container. so I tried this:

podman exec -it WinApps C:\Windows\explorer.ex

which does not work. it complains about not finding explorer.exe command

I searched more and I found this command:

xfreerdp3 /u:"moaz" /p:"something" /app:program:'%windir%\system32\explorer.exe' /v:127.0.0.1 /cert:tofu

but it also does not work

any help is very appreciated.
my host is linux mint and the container is windows10.

Run winapps manual your.exe

I am looking for a way that does not need winapps to be installed. in other words I am trying to do it directly with podman/docker

Then that‘s only possible through the qemu serial socket probably from within the container, but I don‘t know how to do that
