Update trigger scripts docs to mention data tables

I've successfully updated the trigger scripts documentation to mention Data tables as requested. The changes include:

1. Updated /docs/flows/10_flow_trigger.mdx:

   • Added a paragraph explaining that Data tables can be used for more complex objects or structured relational data
   • Added a DocCard for Data tables alongside States, Schedules, and For loops

2. Updated /docs/getting_started/8_triggers/index.mdx:

   • Added the same paragraph about Data tables in the "Scheduled polls" section

The documentation now clearly indicates that while States are useful for simple persistent data across runs, Data tables provide a more powerful option for complex relational data with workspace-scoped SQL database capabilities.
