Update License references in windup-cli and windup-cli.bat to align with the repo license ( EPL v2) #124
Description
The repo's license has been updated to EPL version 2.0. However, we noticed that the scripts still reference the license as version 1.0. To align with the latest license version, could you please update the license references in the scripts? Thanks!
