Add a notification when done

Thanks for the great repo!

Can we add support for adding a notification when output has completed please? Speeds up flow no-end when I don't have to keep checking to see if things are done, and hence waste time when they are but I haven't noticed.

You can use the notifications provided by /hooks to implement reminders
