windows11 run or bulid project error

I have prepared all the environments，when i run the cmd"bun install"，there's no error，but when i run the cmd "bun run tauri dev" ，here comes an exception。
Could someone help me figure out how to solve this problem? Thanks

Even if it can be installed successfully, it will not recognize the default cc on your windows

Look at its source code, it installs a 1.0.4x cc by default, and the official cc is only compatible with windows in 1.0.53
