Can not delete a MCP server

for some reason serena mcp does not work with Claudia.

log:

[2025-07-22T19:32:27Z ERROR claudia::commands::mcp] Failed to remove MCP server: Command failed: MCP server "serena" exists in multiple scopes:
      - Local (private to you in this project)
      - Project (shared via .mcp.json)
    
    To remove from a specific scope, use:
      claude mcp remove "serena" -s local
      claude mcp remove "serena" -s project

but some some reason i can not delete it from the mcp server list ( i deleted it already trough terminal)

Now the agents will not load because of this bug
