win11 Failed to load Claude installations

I installed this software, but after running it, I can see my Claude Code call logs. However, when I ask a new question, it throws an error，and in setting Failed to load Claude installations

The reason for that is the fact how claude code is installed.
Most likely you've installed it with "npm" which results in generating a few powershell scripts. This is why it can't find it.

For me, it was enough to:

• remove claude code scripts from C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\npm
• install native version with powershell command like irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex
• then, you may need to add claude path to env. I guess you know how to do that.
