Cannot toggle zoom

First, thanks for this very useful extension.

I just installed it from chrome store, but I am unable to remove the zoom-on-hover option: even if I unset the option and save, close the browser and reload, the zoom is still happening on mouse hover. Apparently, the option is being saved correctly, but it's ignored.

Please feel free to ask if you need any additional detail to reproduce the issue.
