Fix XACAS7023 build error in .NET 10 Android

Add an explicit to osu.Android.props to ensure the assembly is included in the trimmer's input graph during Release builds. This resolves the XACAS7023 DirectoryNotFoundException during the CompressAssemblies task in .NET 10.
