Fix Android startup crash by disabling AOT and Marshal methods in Release

Explicitly disable AndroidEnableProfiledAot and AndroidEnableMarshalMethods in osu.Android.csproj Release configuration to prevent startup crashes on certain Android devices (e.g. Samsung S23 Ultra) in .NET 8 builds.
