Implemented retry logic in
OnlineLookupCacheto improve robustness against transient network failures during lookups. The solution uses an exponential backoff strategy with a maximum of 3 retries. If all retries fail, the pending batch is resolved with null values to allow the queue to proceed. Also added unit tests to verify the retry behavior and cancellation handling.PR created automatically by Jules for task 15548501952407777863 started by @winnerspiros
