Docker streaming examples

Summary

Hey, thank you very much for setting up these samples!

While the docker example proto file does provide client and a server-side streaming methods, there seems to be no mappings for them. Is it possible to add mocks for streaming methods via json? If so, could you provide some examples?

Also, would it be possible to add a bidirectional streaming method/mock?
