Closest stub is not shown in logs #155
Description
Proposal
When a gRPC request is sent to Wiremock, the logs don't show anything. When the request doesn't match any stubs, the closest stub is not shown and there is no indication whatsoever that the request was received by Wiremock.
The expectation would be to see the same behaviour as we do with the REST requests.
