Describe the Bug

When using:
bun create astro@latest
or
bun create [email protected]

...and selecting the option to install dependencies (or use --install option), the dependencies will not install. There are no errors or messages.

When using bun create [email protected] (or earlier), it works fine.

I did notice this change from 4.11.1 to 4.11.2:
Use package-manager-detector #13395

Perhaps the bun issue is related to this pnpm issue:
Fix create-astro pnpm dependencies installation #13652

What's the expected result?

bun create astro@latest, when selecting the option to install dependencies (or using --install), should install dependencies with bun.

Since this is a CLI issue, there is no minimal reproduction, other than to run the commands listed in the issue description.
